Hello, I'm a sophomore going into Jr. Year with the PRs of 59/2:17/5:15/11:55 (Freshman PRs of 2:53/6:07/13:21) and was wondering what some good workouts would be for XC Base Work over the summer. My mileage never has crossed 40, and I also get fatigued super easily(I split 1:15/1:16/1:22/1:22 for my mile two days after my 800 pr.) Thanks. Also what do you guys recon I could hit Jr year? I know I post here a lot lol I just like having people to talk to about this stuff to cross reference w/ my current training.
