I have had heel whip for a few months and I feel like I’m losing a good bit of energy when I run. It feels like my leg splays out off and on, in addition to my right foot hitting my left calf at faster speeds. I wasn’t sure if anyone has any recommendations to fix this, whether it’s strength or stretching routine. I’ve never had this before, especially in my competitive races. Any advise would be appreciated. Thanks!
