Context: 15yr old 800: 2:12 1600: 4:36 3200: 9:59 40mpw
been battling ITBS last 4 weeks and after I race a 32 it got way worse
I took off and did the elliptical for 3 days and then did some easy runs
the easy runs are fine but when I do anything faster then (6 flat?) it feels like the outside of my knee is catching and affects my stride and becomes pretty sore after
I want to keep racing and training hard, but don't want to affect my summer training block
what should I do?
