Hallo Letsrunners,
My next serious race is in November (10k road) , the only race till then is a 35km trail race in July where the goal is just completion.
Recent race times 19min 5k, 39min 10k , HM 1:29 - 37 years old , full time job
My normal shedule is
Mo - 10 miles
Tu - track ???
Th - treshold 4x6 min 1'
Sa - Trail run or Long run
My question is what workouts shall I do on the track, given that racing is so far away ? How should I progress till November?
Any other training suggestions welcome..
