Hi, I'm a freshman in HS doing ~40 mpw and my 3200 PR is 11:47, but this was a while ago. I recently did a workout (6x800 135 sec rest) with the following splits: 2:53, 2:46, 2:52, 2:47, 2:48, 2:44. What shape do you think I'm in for the 3200 and 1600? I'm hoping to be around 5:20 and 11:20.
