So a 1k at 65 pace is “comfy” but 400s at 62 are “close to max”. You really are an endurance guy. You have a good shot at sub 4 1500m. If it doesn’t happen then a bit more speed work should get you there.

Yes 100% an endurance guy. For context I think my 800 would be 2.03 tops and my 10k (road) is 32 flat. Do you think my lack of speed will be detrimental. I feel like the 1500 is middle ground so you need a bit of both
