With my Junior track season being over and now gearing up for XC summer running I want to see how others would evaluate my growth from this past year of running. As last year was my first hear of running and my PB’s were 66 in the 400 , 2:29 in the 800 and 6:05 in the 1600. Then Cross Country my best 5K was 19:27. With that being said my PB’s this year is 55 in the 400 , 2:09 in the 800 and 5:15 in the 1600. I already know that my growth is great and that I came a long way but think that I could’ve been even faster and that I’m not pushing myself enough to get the results I want. But plz give feedback and I also wanna know if it’s possible for me to break 2 minutes by the end of winter or break 2 minutes at all as i hope to run in college
