Hi there, I'm running with a track team for 1,5 years now.
My PR on the 800 was 2:14;6 in may 2023 and now may 2024 It's 2:13;5. My 5k
time was even slower then a year ago. I'm really frustrated with it and hope
you can help me.
All year I slept and
eated good did a lot of core exercises. And followed EVERY training of my coach.
Here is my
runningtraining that i followed: 2 interval training on the track and 2 tempo
runs in forest with no specific time to aim for in training, but as goal to run
as hard as you can, like a 9/10 every training. A total of 28 miles a week on
average.
I never did a endurance
run because my coach says It makes you slow and a lot of other bad stuff.
Do you guys know what might be wrong? What can be improved?
