Does anyone have any ideas/suggestions on how to prevent heel chafing while running?
Lately my feet have been grinding against the back lip of my shoes, and the skin on both of my heels has been fully worn off from the friction. This is honestly the first time I’ve had this happen to me consistently so I’m at a loss right now. I switched shoes from Brooks’ Ghosts to ASICS Gel Nimbus and had the same issue in both. My first thought was specialty running socks with some extra padding but I’m open to any suggestions.
