So I'm suspended and off my track team but I was wondering if anyone knows:
If my team is practicing at a public park am I allowed to go there and practice by myself on the same track even though I'm not on the team

This post was removed.
Go to the track right as they are finishing up in full sweats and tell them you are starting your warm up in full sweats with the intent to run 100x400m until exhaustion starting at full sprint speed. Begin warming up as they are leaving, and just as the last one leave run one all out 400. Once they go, run a few more strides and call it a day as a suspended hero.

It's really your choice although most people would not do that due to wanting to avoid potential confrontation. Yes, you can do what you want. But is it a good idea? That's your question to ask yourself.
Do they let other hobby joggers interrupt their practice? That's what you are to them. They're done with you.
What’d you do to get kicked off the team? Admit to posting on letsrun?
Not enough detail -what yr are you, how many meets left, is this just a time out or more serious, etc. Regardless, run b4 or after...not during. Total distraction to coach and team mates. Maybe get the workout from your friends, and run it after, or the following morning. Somehow let the coach know you're still committed (unless you're not), in which case, burn the ships.
