How to lose the last 10 lbs?

I have always been a lean guy my entire life. Never been bigger than 140 lbs on a 5'7" frame. These last 6 months I've been running a consistent 120 miles a week but for whatever reason I'm still the same weight. I went from my usual 135 to 130 lbs at which I've been stuck at. I know I still got about 10 lbs to lose before I'm medically considered "underweight", so how can I lose that? I know that would make a huge difference between my PR of 14:34 and goal time of 14:10 in the 5,000.

I don't touch weights. I eat about 5000 calories per day on this training program, about 1000g of carbs and never more than 10 grams of fat a day.

Dude, your body is FIGHTING at the weight you are currently at. If you were to drop to 120, it would take a level of self-deprecation that will have lasting consequences. Stress fractures, hormone imbalance, possible depression, it is not worth it. You don't lift, perhaps lifting could help you reach your goal of 14:10? Lifting may also result in some final body composition that keeps you at the same weight but gives you much more power. This a dangerous and frankly futile enterprise.

Well you just made it clear as to why you're not losing weight.

Less fat intake = less testosterone = slower metabolism.

Get your fat in because 10g a day is not healthy.

You want to be anorexic. That means you must work on your mental health first and foremost. Perhaps one day you'll be obese. I've seen some formerly anorexic women become obese. That's because they still at least dormantly have the common denominator of those mental demons and the self sabotaging behavior that follows. It's low self esteem at the forefront.

If he isn't eating enough. Perhaps you took out your contacts before bed but he is eating 5000 calories per diem per his original post. For his body stats at 120 mi/wk, that's just about on the dot of what he needs a day, perhaps even more than needed.
