I'm looking for some thoughts in returning to running after plantar fasciitis. I'm going on about 3 weeks off running and feeling quite a bit better, my foot is still pretty sore at the end of the day but I wouldn't say it is painful. With other injuries I would just test it out and see how it feels but I'm nervous because I had no pain at all with running until I woke up 3 weeks ago with this pain and I don't want to set myself back a month. Should I wait until it's not sore at the end of the day? Give it a couple mile test? What has been your experience?
