Sign of getting a bit older I guess...
After being fairly sedentary all day I used to go for my evening run and break straight into a light jog, a few heel raises, then build into the run.
Now I keep tweaking my calf or peroneals in the first 200/300m, it normally irons itself out after a few miles, but spoils the first few miles as I'm worrying and stop/starting.
Anything I can do, am in reasonable training so always in recovery of some sort.
