17F, racing this Sunday.
3k PB set earlier this track season in season opener is 10:00 flat. I've always been on the more endurance side though. Only other race this season so far has been a 2000m SC in 7:01.
Two recent track sessions:
- 1km @ goal 1500m pace - 3:01, then 6 mins rest, then 6 x 400 at 70-72 off 2 mins rest
- 2 x (2x400 @ 800m pace) - 60s between reps, 7 mins between sets - 67, 66, 67, 68
