Since I'm not good enough to make it to state for track, its time to start worrying about xc.....Last year it was my first year running cross county, I was able to be ranked 2nd runner for varsity. I made it to state but I had already peaked to early at region. My PR is a 20:31. Im currently a high school junior girl. My question is how should my milage look this season, and what should my main focus be each month of training.
