I've a 10km race coming up October 5th. 21 weeks away. My last 10km was in March. No structured training, and missed loads of weeks training due to other life factors
Course was hilly. Weight was 209lbs.
Race time was 46:47
My race in October is completely flat, and my weight will be in the 180s for this.
Roughly what can expect on the day ?? I'll have 20 weeks structured training done, with most weeks having 2 hard sessions.
I'm expecting 2 mins off my last run, buy wanted this place input.
