Ran 51.1 earlier in the year after an open 800 as an 8/15 guy
Lifetime best is a 50.9 from years ago and i haven't trained actual sprints but am hoping to break 50 as a distance guy...whats the best way to run it

0-50 accelerate, close to all out
50-200, fast as you can go while staying relaxed
200-300, start hammering again, go to the arms
300-400, pray
distance runner that wants to run a sub 50 400 should probably be low 23 in an open 200 but obviously the faster the better.
