PRs from 2 years ago were 18 and 36 5/10k. Then was out for a while. I also went through 10 miles in 1 hour as part of a half (started too quickly). I'm back in fitness again and have run half a dozen parkruns from 17:55-18:05. Pretty much where I was before. However I've been doing slower longer workouts this time around like 12x3 minutes at 6-6:05 or 6xmile and I don't feel gassed at all. I have a feeling I can go 1:18-19 right now even though my 5k never improved.
