My 10k 34:20 is very weak compared to my 15:51 5k. I’m just curious to why that is honestly. Do you have any tips for people trying to get their 10k times faster, or at least equivalent to their 5k time?

It’s impossible to know for certain without seeing all of your training, but you probably just need more mileage or threshold work. Many say VO2 max is the greatest predictor of 5k performance, but once you bump the distance up to the 10k your threshold becomes an even better predictor. Also, if you’re only at like 30 mpw it’s pretty obvious you’ll probably struggle more with longer races like the 10k.
What's your mileage like? What have your workouts looked like before your 10k races? What has weather/pacing been like & how many 10k attempts have you made since you've been in 15:51 shape?
You should be able to run around 33-flat. Could be mileage or getting in workouts with more volume. Could just be getting in the right race/getting decent weather. Hard to say more without knowing more. If you're running decent mileage, doing 10k specific workouts, getting good weather on race day, & still running > 34:00 then you'd have something to figure out.

It's off-topic, but I've really noticed how little my attention span is since I started visiting this message board more often. Once I made similar thread asking about my training, I thought nobody will actually read a lot of text and tried to concise it as much as I can, so I skipped lot of details and the replies were similar like YunkisRF's and NErunner03533's below. I see you guys wanting more details about OP training and I'm here sitting like "are you sure you want wall of text about some random dude's training? you're actually going to read all that, sit, think about it and give him an assesment"??.
I'm not even lazy (I mean I am, but..), dopamine hits with short bits of social media ruined my brain, I just lost the capacity of paying attention and this forum shows me how bad I am :( At least letsrun isn't that ruined in that aspect. You're smart people, you might be mean, but you're smart
I was running 50-55 miles. The first 10k I ran had crappy weather with lots of wind. I went out in 16:50 and faded in the last two miles. The next 10k I ran 34:24. I ran the first 5k in 17:41. I got progressively faster as it went on. I think I need to go at 17:00 and try to negative split.
