Unfortunately, I don’t have high hopes for Filip’s outcome. It seems he’s not quite the athlete he once was prior to Covid and injuries. It is nice to see two Norwegians at the topic of conversation, however.

I'm afraid I'll have to agree, but definitely rooting for Filip over Narve.
Lance vs Contador. Two dopers who probably don't like each other but happen to be representing the same team. Lance never tested positive either so he's got that in common as well.

Go make another thread about your pathetic drunken life you loser, we're here to talk about track.

Go find out why you're such an angry individual, for the good of yourself and especially others.

You do the equivalent of taking a sh*t on someone's porch and then you're surprised that people treat you like a cretin that you are?
I call out deception, lies and evil. I prefer accountability and helping others not be deceived or screwed over. Sorry you can't deal with that. But I'm not the problem, the evil individuals are the problem. If they didn't act evil, I wouldn't have to bother exposing them.
3.34.11 for Nordas, 3:38.91 for Filip Ingebrigtsen.
I admittedly was a little surprised that Narve ran that well, perhaps showing his outing at Glasgow was just a blip on the radar. While Filip’s 3:38 isn’t anything to write home about, it’s faster than what he ran all of last year, so there’s at least something positive to take from that.

That's a cool story, but the reality is that you're a pathetic little man who copes with his misery by fighting windmills on a running board. This is the only kind of power you have in your life - to derail a thread on letsrun.
5 min after he won the 1500, Narve was a pacemaker in the 5,000. He paced Svela (another Norwegian) to a sub 13:20 which is a European Championship qualifying time.

I checked the stream and it worked out to just under 8min30 seconds. I was wondering how good a workout this was, or how impressive. Obviously it shows Nordas is fit. Essentially:
-Under control 1500m race (relaxed first 1100, kick last 400) -8:25 rest -4K at approx. ~10K goal effort
We do hear about pretty impressive workouts (thinking Nico's with Mike Smith) involving a very fast, hard long interval, 5-10' recovery. Mostly the following intervals after or shorter/faster (800s, 400s), or slower (threshold) as opposed to a long, decently fast one like this.
