Dak Prescott is maybe a top 3 QB. Best defender in league in Parsons. Great receiving corp. Strong coaching staff. Probably the best GM/Owner in the league. Should they win it?
Grew up in Dallas, followed Cowboys as a young child, but have grown to detest Jerry Jones. As long as he remains General Manager, answer is NO! Also Prescott is not a top 3 quar when it counts. I wish I was wrong.

As long as Jerry Jones is running the team, there's no way they even reach the Super Bowl. Also, no way Dak is in the top 3 or 5 QBs in the NFL right now.

I'm a longtime Cowboys fan, but wow, this is a troll. The Cowboys were down 48-16 at one point in their first round loss in the playoffs. Since then, the Cowboys have lost two Olinemen, their RB1, WR3, and some key defensive players to free agency. The Cowboys can't win against good teams.
Dak is a great guy, apparently, and can be pretty accurate, but he can't read defenses. He's put up some impressive stats on paper, but he can't win the big games. The Cowboys can't beat teams with winning records and they play 11... ELEVEN!... games against teams with winning records this coming season.
As a Cowboys fan, I'm ready to see the team throw in the towel, make Dak a June 1st cut, and roll with Trey Lance. If he loses every game, the Cowboys can draft a QB next year and start rebuilding.

Dude. Of course it was a troll post meant to elicit responses exactly like this. Come on mayne.
I own a chess set with all the pieces. I'm not winning any comps anytime soon. Top level changes needed...coaching or Dak....one or the other always seems to choke come january.

The Cowboys last won the Super Bowl in 1995. Since that time and over the lasts 30 years they are 4-11 in the playoffs. They will never win another Super Bowl until Jerry Jones is gone.
You could make an argument for Dak being a top -20 QB and Jerry being a top-30 owner. Lamb and Parsons are the only ones who stand out as top-5 talents. Still, Dallas is as good as anyone in the NFC East when they are playing well.
All the starting qbs and some backups would look good with the Dallas oline in front of them. Dak is overrated but I wish him the best success. His brother committed suicide and that's tough to handle. What's dragging the Cowboys down is Jerry and Mike Mccarthy.

Dallas is always somewhat close but not quite there. They haven't been to a Super Bowl since 1996 the year they actually won. They don't make the playoffs all that often, although they did last year before losing. They are still living on their glory days of the 70's.
