Please spare me your "do what makes you comfortable" answers. I got a flip belt after week 5 of C25K when you stop taking walking breaks, and I started wearing a hat when my easy pace got below 12:00/mile.
I'd like to wear shorts but I dont think I deserve it/would not look stupid wearing them. What pace, objectively, do run shorts for men become valid?
In case it matters, I have moderately hairy legs and relatively small junk
