What is the range of time that you could realistically get from 9mpw to 66mpw? Edit: Ignore the 6 months in title. I changed the scope of my question.
Assume you dont care about speed work or race-specific training. Any speedwork/crosstraining is purely to support increasing MPW more efficiently.
I know the answers different for everyone so a realistic range is all I ask. A tight range if you have the guts, a really wide range if you gonna reddit/chatGPT me.
Brief disclaimer: I'm new, looks like the rules on threads are pretty lax based on how dumb the other posts are, so i'm putting mine up.
I just finished C25K 2 weeks ago so I'm a moderately accomplished runner already. You will treat me with the respect appropriate to a C25K finisher.
I just want to do 20 mile long runs weekly, that sounds badass. Its what got me started. I dont want to "game" the system, I want to be a runner that does 20 mile long runs. So 66mpw if I want it to be <30% of my mpw.
