2) send them to the mountains of Idaho for a few years to toughen them up.
3) bring them back and rack up the wins.

You should be looking at Herriman , not AF since HHS won NXN. AF simply top heavy.

??? Maybe look at the 4 x 1600 results at Arcadia, look at the last decade of AF’s performances in HS and their alums, and rethink that comment.
99% of high schools would be better off just copying exactly what AF does, down to finding a hill to keep team PRs on.
Nothing against Soles and Herriman, whose program would probably also be good to follow.
