I normally drink about 2 litres of milk a day sometimes more. Is this bad and are there any side effects?

I drink 2 percent.
Always been a backdoor guy myself, was never much of a titter. To each his own.
Where do you score bruh?
I think it’s okay. I love Life cereal with milk.
Oh dear, you must be crapping white cream instead of cacca.
Gross
If gou are not lactose intolerant there are no issues.
If you are, you are stressing your body, especially your gut by making it process something that it does not have the ability to.
But, you obviously dont seem to have any issues, so milk is great.
Are you addicted to mother’s milk? Can’t stop sucking on mommy’s teats? With 2 liters a day, you’re literally draining her out, man. Happy pooping.
Not at all. It is the single most nutritious food you can consume.
Firstly, it is a liquid so it rehydrates you. Second it is a great source of protein to repair and build the muscle tissue. Thirdly it is an excellent source of carbohydrates to restock the glycogen stores for energy.
If you drink 0% there is no fat. If you need some fat in your diet you can drink 1% or 2%. The ideal is 15% of calories in your diet from fat. If you go below 15% you will produce less testosterone and it will hurt performance.
Milk is also loaded with vitamins and minerals. Calcium which is critical to prevent stress fractures. Also many other vitamins and minerals. It is fortified with vitamin D and if you live in the Northern Hemisphere you will almost certainly have a D deficiency.
Finally, not only a great source of protein, it has both quick acting whey protein for quickly starting muscle recovery process and long lasting Casein protein for longer term muscle repair.
The perfect drink right after a run is to guzzle a glass of milk to start the 1) rehydration process, 2) glycogen rebuild process and 3) muscle repair process. Even better, immediately follow with a glass of OJ. This will give you a quick shot of insulin to stop the cortisol production, and get you out of the catabolic state from you run. It also give you a quick boost of vitamin C to ward off illness.
The combo of milk/OJ after a run is better than chocolate milk or any expensive "energy replacement" drink. You should drink several glasses of skim or 1% milk per day.
When Mark Rippetoe encounters a skinny lifter who struggles to gain weight, he encourages them to follow the GOMAD (Gallon of Milk a Day) diet. They eat what they normally eat, and then they drink a gallon of whole milk each day. Thousands of people have tried it out, and I have never heard of any negative health effects other than rapid weight gain.
I did GOMAD (or rather HOMAD, Half gallon Of Milk A Day) for a few months while i was trying to get my squat up to 400. Long story shart, I became extremely constipated and had to resolve it with a fleet enema.
In terms of impact to the environment, plant based milks(soymilk, oatmilk, almond milk, etc.) are a lot more environmentally friendly.
Tell that to the ground creatures that are losing their homes from the plant based idiots.
Soy milk is for blue-haired vegans.

But not nearly as nutritious because plant based protein is "incomplete" in essential amino acids so you don't get the muscle repair benefit, and they are not even close to matching milk in vitamins and minerals.
