Hi!
Im looking for fast lightweigh training/race shoe with weight no more then 220 g. Currently i run in Skechers Go Run and Saucony Fasttwitch 8. Both are great, but i want to upgrate.
I choose between these models:
Puma Liberate Nitro 2
Saucony Kinvara 14
Brooks Hyperion
Witch one of these is better for speed and quality?

There is no best. What one person likes, another might hate. Shoe reviews are generally worthless. Only you can tell what works best on your feet.
Those are similar enough that none is better than the other; your preference will decide. Though this version of the Kinvara is a bit higher stack than the previous (not necessarily bad - the shoe is still pretty lightweight - but different).
Adidas adizero adios pro 3. It's right at 220g.

If we're ordering off-menu I like the Takumi Sen for stuff up to around 15km / 10 miles. But the Adios Pro is good too (esp for longer workouts and racing). The new Metaspeed Sky Paris are also super light.
But those 4 are all plated/rodded higher stack shoes and fairly different from what OP had shortlisted.
Nike Streakfly or ASICS Magic Speed 3
