It is either one of these 3 things : Chechnyan separatists, Islamic extremists from Central Asia, Ukrainian rebel fighters turned into terrorists. Hundreds of people have been indiscriminately shot.
The world is just a terrible place. I can already predict the sorts of comments that will be posted.
False flag operation

putin is trying to create a casus belli to raise more troops to invade ukraine again.
I'd bet money this is directed by the Kremlin. They've done it before - standard russian operating procedure to beat the war drum.
Oh, kind of like what the Russian army does in Ukraine. Was Putin there? If not, it's kind of a waste.
Russia is the worst. Went from ultra left communist country to ultra right autocracy in 15 years.
Is this Moscow in Idaho?
Surely this can't be Moscow in Russia - the utopian paradise that Tucker Carlson hailed as the promised land recently?!

From 2 weeks ago:
“The U.S. Embassy in the Russian capital said it was ‘monitoring reports that extremists have imminent plans to target large gatherings in Moscow, to include concerts, and U.S. citizens should be advised to avoid large gatherings’”
Its Biden’s fault. If Trump were president this wouldn't have happened.
War in Ukraine will ebb sooner when Putin fears to rest his head.
Not surprised if you study history.
Could also be that Putin's FSB let an attack happen so he could blame Ukraine. The video from inside the concert hall shows the terrorists shooting up the lobby with no one returning fire. Given the very specific warning from the US intelligence and the history of the precedent of the Dubrovka Theater hostage crisis from 2002, you would think that Russia would have heavily armed guards at every theater.
Also, amazing to look at the posts on twitter and see that every third post is someone claiming that it was Mossad.

How is it "terrorism" to attack people you're at war with?
I am also worried that Putin organized this attack. And even if he didn't, I am worried that he will still blame it on Ukraine.
Autocracy and right are contradictions-- to be right-wing means to be against centralized state power.
Frightening when right wing ideology starts to gain momentum, plenty of examples round the world

Uhhh, you seem to miss something. Communist governments don't end up leftist. Once they are established the regime simply becomes a way for the group in power to stay in power.
Current Russia is the same kgb guys in power now as were under communism, just better suits.
The current Chinese leaders are not leftists either, they are just authoritarian government using communist party to keep control.
