The biggest thing you can do naturally to increase your testosterone is sleeping, diet, vitamin D3 supplement and reducing the amount of plastic you use as much as you can.
Watch the UFC, while doing heavy squats, while your AirPods are pumping Rage Against the Machine, then eat 4 eggs and a raw bull liver, take a vitamin B12 and Ashwaghanda, beat it, then sleep 10hrs
Lift weights Low bodyfat percentage Take Zinc Get sunlight and/or D3 Sufficient dietary cholesterol and monounsaturated fatty acids Plenty of sleep Stay away from any kind of phytoestrogen Take boron
Besides lifting, what else can I do to boost my test levels naturally?
Nothing, short of prescription drugs, that is. Most other things posters are telling you is BS broscience. Even weight training will at best have a modest statistical benefit for otherwise fit exercising individuals who are eating nutritiously and sleeping well and have low stress levels; in other words, all the usual “pious” things because we don’t really know of a targeted way to naturally increase T, but among the ways we know of, weight training is probably the most effective.

There is some evidence for tongkat ali (long jack) and ashwagandha. I read several studies documenting increases. I have taken both for a few months now. I haven't tested my levels, and I had little expectation, but the gym is going well, and oddly, my balls are certainly the biggest they've ever been.
Watch classic and wholesome entertainment that prominently feature such starlets as Raquel Welch, Ann Margaret, Anita Ekberg, Sofia Loren, Claudia Cardinale, Bridget Bardot, and Cheryl Ladd.

Don’t take this stuff if you’re in high school. Wait till you’re 30.

Good catch. Yes, I'm in my 50s. OP, if you're in high school like my son, your levels should be sky high naturally, so just stick to good nutrition, weights and adequate sleep.

Not sure why you have the down votes. It is simply a fact that meat contains cholesterol, which is the base chemical that forms anabolic hormones in the body.
