What Ohio team do people think has the best squad of 1600 runners currently? Suppose you could make a 4 x 1600 team with any ohio high school squad. What team would most likely win?

Wor. Kilbourne has a solid top 3: Smith (4:16), Miller (4:18), Hawkins (4:24). Needs one more; there are a bunch of sophomores in the 4:40s. They would need one of them to step up.
Wester. North has: Gabelman (4:12), Dellasanta (4:20), Carlos (4:28) They have 2 more solid XC guys (Kerns, 16:06), Mazek (16:03). maybe one of them can put up a solid 1600 time
Olen. Orange has: Schroff (4:15), Rudraraju (4:18) They also have 15:47, 16:20, 16:36, and 16:39, 16:41 guys. Maybe 2 of those guys can put up solid 1600 times.
Can someone explain how Competitive Balance works in Ohio for the sports of Track & Cross Country? Has it been a good thing? Wisconsin somehow passed the plan and now the cross country coaches are 85+% against it and sounds like wrestling likes it even less!
Ben Gabelman will win the indoor 1600m time with a time of 4:0x. No one will come close, as I don't think anyone has the wheels at this moment to reel off 4 consecutive 62s.
The aforementioned Connor Long will place high, perhaps as high as 2nd. He has had a very nice trajectory over his HS career and things have been working out well for him during his senior year. Ditto this for Jake Sebaugh, who should have good indoor and outdoor seasons.
that is true. I change my answer to that, with 1600, 800 2nd. I wonder if any have done this double (open 800m, 3200m) at the state meet, indoor or outdoor.
