$88 for a pair of running shorts.
Nope. I'm out.
Only the race day kit is worth the money. Absolutely NO REASON to spend that kind of money on a shirts for daily runs and gym work.
The quality is great. I have some of the race day, training, and lifestyle pieces and I prefer them over every Tracksmith piece I have.

This is a logical outgrowth of the new running boom. More so than any other running boom, social media has put eyes on runners. Everyone wants to "look the part" and brands are popping up to cater to that interest.
Running as we may remember it is changing, especially among young and affluent city dwellers. Running is no longer the sport of quiet and earnest nerds who run pre-dawn miles in functional, utilitarian and unfashionable clothes. Running apparel now takes inspiration from streetwear and basketball with loud personalities to match; split shorts and bandanas have been replaced with premium joggers and $100 tech hats. Running is a victim of its own success. Bandit is just a symptom.
I won't even consider buying there products specifically because of their name. In the running world, being a bandit is nothing to be proud of or promote.
