Live results will be through enduranceracetiming.com, but not sure when the heat sheets will be available (the meet info page says DMR entries are closed as of 2/5/24 but regular entries were open until 2/13 10am)
Tell us you’re new here without telling us you’re new here.
I was lol’ing at the lack of content /info of the post…
I’ve been around to know the cute little lrc inside slang discus/discuss…it’s so funny
But I really like the “is _______ update” best of all…so clever
I am surprised NAU would bother with a DMR, in that ..I figured Sahlman would go mile and that is prelim..DMR same day and then a final. It's really a rough triple especially with depth of the pre lims...
Nico? 1600 leg 5K and 3K? Also a rough triple. People have done this stuff, no doubt. I would guess it looks like they will surely try to win this meet with what they have as distance runners.

While I agree with what you're saying, there are a couple of things to consider.
1. Nico may just run to help the team qualify, then let someone else run the DMR at Nationals. I'm making this up, but perhaps Las Heras, who will only be entered in the 3k, could anchor at Nationals.
2. In fairness to Nico, he did run a 7:37/13:22 same day double in December. If there's anyone who can manage it, it's him.
How good is the NAU 400m guy? Do they have enough to be competitive with OSU?
Anderson has their School record in 48.38 but it was at altitude and he also has a 48.27 per TFRRS. He seems average if I'm being honest but the 400 is the least important part of the DMR luckily.
And I'd say they do not have a chance if the OSU guys aren't injured. NAU lose 1-2 seconds each on the 400 and 800 unless everything goes perfectly for them and then they have to hope they go nuclear on the 1200 and 1600.
Like Nico dropping a 3:49 1600m and maybe like Hasty or Nyoak going 2:47 at 1200m
