I noticed this back when Nikki Hiltz ran the women’s mile AR.
look at all of their other American record posts, they’ll always add “men’s American record” or “women’s American record” except when Hiltz is involved. They’ll either just say “American record” or what they did on X(formerly known as Twitter)
What a joke! If they/them doesn’t want a women’s American record then they shouldn’t run in the women’s race!
but the woke running “fans with phones” won’t call a spade a spade.
LRC note: According to RRW, Hiltz's time of 2:34.09 for 1000m is "the #4 USA mark of all-time (combining indoor and outdoor lists). Hiltz's time was also faster than Jen Toomey's USA indoor record of 2:34.19 set in Birmingham, Alabama, back in 2004, but Toomey's mark was set on a standard 200m track while Hiltz ran on a 307m track here."
