PAUL CHELIMO!
Paul MF Chelimo!
Dirtiest runner. Expect action at every bottle spot. Things are going to get nasty.
Here's the announcement:
Does he pull out his typical tactics and hammers from the beginning and try's to build a big lead? Or will he just hangout and go when a move is made?
Let's gooo! Debut marathoner has made the team in the past.....
PAUL CHELIMO!
He will look back no less than 16,482 times.

Show me no more. He’s on the team
His sponsor spent a little dough on that ad. Hope his debut goes well.
He will get anxious and pull away at 5k but come back and ultimately DNF.
Paul has been in Kenya per his recent IG activity, does anyone know who has been coaching him in the buildup? I know he was with Scott Simmons in CO Springs for a bit.
Hilly course, maybe a little on the warm side, so if he is smart and doesn't get carried away, and most importantly does not have any fueling issues, he could be dangerous if he is there late in the race with his speed.
It will be interesting if any runners try to go solo early, but I expect the Utah crew of Mantz, Young, Ward and maybe Chelanga to work together.

Try's??
Yes! Btw, Chelimo should have been allowed as a longshot pick in the LRC draft. He has little pedigree above 5000m. One decent 10k but even that wasn't enough to make the World's standard, and a 62 HM isn't much to write home about. He's a total wildcard at this distance

He won that 10k by 19 seconds. He's worth considering though this will be a tough marathon to debut at.

Have a feeling he’ll go out hard, put too much food on his plate; and likely end up dnf.
My money is on him punching, kicking, elbowing and forcing his will physically upon the field and cutting some dude off at the finish. His overall place: My guess is 15th.
Who is 'Breaking Paul Chelimo'?
