Tu - 4 @ 7:45s after the snow
Wd - 11 @ 7:50s
Th - 21:20 min tempo @ 6:09s + WU/WD = 10
Fr - 4 @ 7:35s after the snow
Sa - 14 @ 8:15s
Su -10.5 @ 7:45s
Total - 64
Comments - Not sure if it was above 32 this week, two small snow storms of 3-4 inches. Some slightly warmer and wetter weather ahead, though I think i prefer the snow over 40 and rain. Happy to get in two workouts even if they were nothing special. 2x strength work but ony 1 stride set. Light on the mileage, later short runs after longer days due to extra drive time and shoveling time plus being out there with no shoulder and cars.
