You are correct. My mistake, sorry about that. The article said that Troutner's effort was just ahead of Rooks's time of 3:59.65 on the all time BYU indoor mile leader board. I read that too fast.

btw, I think I read somewhere that BYU often has older athletes. One might think many of them also ran the mile at this facility, but apparently not as fast as what Aiden just did.
