We don't live in a theocracy despite what Republicans believe, we have a separation of church and state for a reason. If you want a religious dictatorship look into moving Iran if you believe in that so strongly.
You know a society is on its last breath when things like gambling (sports betting), drugs (weed), and prostitution (Only fans) become a huge part of the economy and is actively being promoted by the government. The rich gets richer while the poor fights amongst themselves for the little resources that are available. It’s only going to get worse from here.

Name a period in human history where those things weren’t a big part of the economy.

Many times, but I'd look to Tudor or Victorian England for starters

Not wanting drug addicts overdosing on the streets makes you a theocracy apparently
alcohol, gluttony, and gambling make GDP go up. of course America glorifies it. you think we're a country of austerity? wait til' you realize EVERYTHING is about making GDP go up.

Iran since 1979? I think Taliban has been involved in too much opium trade to qualify for that.

US GDP: $26 Trillion
OnlyFans US Revenues: $4 Billion
Marijuana US Sales: $20 Billion
Gambling Revenues: $53 Billiion
As a percentage of US economy:
OnlyFans: 0.015%
Marijuana: 0.08%
Gambling: 0.20%
I guess we can safely say that society is definitely NOT on its last breath!
Which is good news to me - I've got big plans for 2024!

GDP is like $26 trillion.
Gambling and porn are worth less than $400 billion and the entire global drug trade is like $650 billion.
These things are in no way a "huge part of the economy".
And I just saw the post before mine and I can't delete this... but that gdp poster is clearly good people if he made the same point as me.

America glorifies alcohol (getting drunk daily on cheap beer), gluttony (fat guts and butts fed with fried fast food), gambling (lottery tickets, online slots, and sports betting with hopes of rising above poverty), and drugs (prescription opioids, meth, fentanyl, weed) to its destruction.
Honestly, this sounds like 90% of Trump rally goers. Does your statement only apply to Dem voters? Does attending church while you are doing all of this stuff absolve you?
