Current NCAA athletes Aaron Las Heras (NAU) and Gabija Galvydyte (OKSt) in Sr races
I saw a couple more in the women's U23 race, Greta Karinauskaitė and Amina Maatoug. They should be competitive but in looking at the field I'd say they figure just outside the medals, especially given lack of recovery time. Maatoug just ran in Boston.
Megan Keith opted for U23 instead of challenging Nadia Battocletti in the senior race. Keith figures to win handily based on recent form. Otherwise it looks like the same principals as the U23 5000 last summer. Eloise Walker struggled to catch Keith then fell down with meters remaining, losing a medal. The scrappy Spaniard Maria Forero was second in that race after winning the U20 cross country last year. She moves to U23 and should medal behind Keith.
Nick Griggs vs Neil Laros in the U20 should be a cracker
If Axel Vang Christensen have regained his form from 2 years ago he could be a factor too.
He ran a fast 13.3km 2 month ago in the Danish "Eremitage" run a long standing classic in the forest north of Copenhagen. Axel was no 2 in that race only beaten by Joel Ibler Lillesoe.
Joel broke the course record which was set many years ago by the former Danish London marathon winner Henrik Jørgensen.

Joel is running in the U23 group in Bruxelles.
Axel also won the Danish senior cross x championship less than 3 weeks ago in 28.01 for 10km. The runner up was 50 seconds behind.
