He's a 14:00/29:14, runner, with 3:53 (1500), 8:06 (3000) track speed, similar to the best elite women like Hassan, etc.
2:12:00 is a logical result, in fact, I think a faster time is possible with his credentials and Supershoes, possibly 2:09:00/2:10:00.
He's more diesel than speed merchant, by his own admission.

Not with 14 mins 5k. But theres no reason why he can’t go and improve on that.

Tremendous runner, kid has a lot of heart. Kudos to him for opening well, hopefully a sign of more things to come
Still not as fast as Jonas Hampton from the University of Hartford. 2:12:10 IN ATLANTA for the Olympic Trials, 8th overall. A MUCH harder course, also while working full time.
All the America East schools got out coached by Kathy Manizza.
