I’ve been having an awful couple of weeks trying to choose running shoes. Feels like I’m sliding around in my new Brooks Ghost Max running shoes even though I went a half size down and use the heel lock lacing. For me this tends to lead to sore/strained hamstrings. I loved my old glycerins but the new ones hurt my soles, & the aisics superblasts I tried pinch the side of my foot. Any recommendations on how to fix this issue? Should I try double socks? Seriously thinking about just running the Thanksgiving Day half in my old Glycerins which are now my lawnmowers just because I know my feet feel normal in them.
