As runners we're always doing two things: thinking about going fast and stripping rubber off the bottoms of our trainers. But usually I see these topics brought up as separate discussions. Now, I'm here to merge them by asking what is your trainer retirement PR?
I want to make it clear that this is NOT counting returning a pair because they didn't fit/weren't good trainers or if they ripped or something. This is about getting your money's worth out of a pair but just running them flat. Please discus! I know there's someone on these boards who's ground down a pair of Nike Frees in a week while pushing 200+ mpw and that's what I want to hear!
