It’s currently 35 and my tip is painful due to the cold. Should I wear half tights under them to stay warm?

wind briefs
racing diapers?
YOUR tip is very very close to your body. This advantage will mean that your "tip' will never be in danger. Run. Brah.run

briefs + paper towel folded into quarters with a light layer of vaseline on the paper towel.
put a sock over it.
Always take heed of the FDI.
Whatever you do, do not immediatly jump into the shower after your run. Change into dry clothes and let Mr Big warm up slowly -- or else bear the consequences.
Idk. Once I didn’t wear gloves as it felt warmer and my hands were freezing so o warmed them up in my sink, but for obvious reasons that wouldn’t be possible this time.

Declare yourself a female.
Where something warmer as the tights aren't doing it.
A windproof layer usually works - can be wind underwear, wind-front tights or pants, or just pants with a tighter weave that aren't completely porous. I like the pants with the tight weave (softshell) better than tights because it keeps a bit of air gap between you and the cold.

You can't figure out how to dress yourself? How old are you? Five?
It’s a problem for me cycling in the cold.
Layers. You need layers.

This is the old school solution. Running on dark frozen icy dirt roads, always wearing a third sock.
Umm, wear pants and underwear. Do you have a brain?
If you don't want to pay/wait for real wind-briefs, a duct tape square on the front of your shorts works just as well. Either way you can't be running into the freezing wind without something to block the breeze.
A sock
