Shouldn’t be that expensive. Can get Nike, Puma or New Balance tights and quarter zips on discount all the time. Beanies and gloves are cheap - don’t need name brand.
For some clothes, consider not washing everyday. I found that if I don't overdress during the winter, I do not sweat as much and my tights dont get very sweaty/ smelly. I get by with 2 pairs of high quality tights 3 warmer quarter zips and a pair of hat and warm socks as gloves. Short/ long sleeve shirts under the quarter zips are the only thing I wash every day.
I have a shelf in a closet with multiple t-shirts- short sleeve and long sleeve, half tights, full tights, regular running shorts and gloves, hats, etc plus my shoe rotation.
I admit some of them are old but they're very useable.
What's wrong with doing laundry every other day? I've routinely washed my running apparel every other day for years. Oh well, here's some places to buy running clothes.
If you want inexpensive running gear, shop at TJ Maxx, Ross, Burlington, etc. I've bought loose fit tights and wicking fabric long sleeve tops there for $15 and running socks 4 pairs for $8.
I've also been pleased with the running t-shirts, arm sleeves, half tights, and running shorts that I've bought off Temu dot com. I've never paid more than $9 for any running apparel there. Getting the correct size requires looking at the sizing chart for each item because some clothes are in Asian sizes while others are in US/EU sizes, but quality hasn't been a problem.

Every other day for years?? Only person I've ever heard that likes doing laundry
I'm certainly not dressing to impress when I run in the winter. I have a bunch of long sleeve polyester shirts and a few pairs of running pants. I have a pair of tights, but I save them for the coldest days. It's easy.
Buy one coat, maybe 1-2 pairs of amazing tights, and then go mega cheap for all of the layers. You can get down under 0 easily this way for normal mortal daily runs up to 20 miles. Once you have to stay out there for hours and hours, some parts of the body really start to shrink up.

I rewear stuff. Lots of merino TS tops. I usually run alone btw and wear stuff, hang it up, rewear for like a week.
Am I gross? Maybe. But the laundering of this stuff is also tedious because I buy high quality stuff and baby them, washing this stuff all by itself on a cold, gentle cycle, hanging to dry, etc.
I have two pairs of tights, two jackets, and several long sleeved shirts. My typical outfit is shorts or compression under tights, long or short sleeve under jacket, and gloves + beanie. I usually only wash the tights every two or so weeks and re-wear shorts and shirts.
