Ok um my list has kinda only grown now - bolded are the kind of more "fast" shoes that I'm leaning towards. For my shoe history - I really like the feel of vaporflys but obviously need a trainer (price + ankle health) for normal days and I had the brooks glycerin and I liked it for safety/comfort but it felt pretty flat on tempo-ish days, so I picked up the Nike Invincible 2 which was a huge improvement in energy return and bounce and honestly realllly nice but after those wore out the 3s had an upper that really disagreed with me (blisters and just stiff idk why they ruined it aaaaaah), so I picked up the ASICS Gel-Nimbus 25 which are super comfy but kind of a step back towards the "flat" brooks direction. I want a pair of trainers that can pick it up and kinda just eat those miles while keeping legs fresh and can go fast if needed, so preferably lightweightish. Basically just as close to the vaporfly as possible with a reasonable price and slightly more stability for daily runs. Which shoes match with this the most? Any new suggestions I should be aware of?
