I want to know which spikes you guys would pick.
I run the mile/1600m during track
when i don't run the mile i double in the 800m/2mile.
Or when i run the mile I double with mile/800m or double with mile/2 mile.
Also every other week I run the 4x400 race.
I am looking for a spike to let me do my best in all four of those events.
