It's never too late but before 30 years old matters a lot. There is going to be significantly less, and declining ability to turn your life around after that. Yes, we keep maturing, but it's not the same as getting off a path of personal dysfunction when you are younger. If you had a rough childhood, or you were individually problematic for other reasons start to deal with it young.

If you say an age, anyone who didn't get to AA or get saved by Jesus, or whatever by that age is going to thumb you down. That doesn't mean you aren't right, or more right than they are.
7 is good, of course....."give me the boy until he is 7 and I'll give you the man". But I am sticking with 30.
Rojo you have many fans here. You don’t even have to turn your life around. But if you want to change I would say the next couple years would be a good time.
