I have a decent amount of speed (54/2:08 400/800) but Im lacking aerobically because I started running at 20 years old and was mostly sedentary before (had a good bmi for running anyway), I tested my vo2 max after running 15-20mpw recreationally and got 58 last year, this year Ive built up a decent base but my times still slow down from 800 to 5k, how long will it take me to develop proper aerobic engine?
