I've worn the Avanti TYOs for track and I was thinking of using them for the last few 8k races of this XC season. The races will be on grass/dirt/gravel and I'm a bit worried that small rocks could potentially get stuck in the bottom of the shoe. The foam around the heel also seems like it could get worn. Has anybody had any experience using these spikes for XC? I'd like to be able to get at least one more track season out of them.
