Hi LetsRun - there was a sale and so I picked up some Kinvara 13s. My previous trainers had been the Hoka Cliftons. Many pairs of the 7s and 8s and most recently a pair of 9s.
Ever since switching to the Kinvara my legs feel extra sore. Just been doing easy runs so no fatigue from workouts.
Main running is on a paved bike trail. Just to give additional information.
Is this to be expected? I saw the drop difference was only 5mm -> 4mm so I assumed I wouldn’t feel to much of a difference
