Thanks for letting us know, Ari.
Twisted an ankle on a 50k LOL
Lol. Is her ban already over, or is this race like that beer 🍺 mile thingy where banned dopers are allowed?
If you start sentences with "so," I immediately disregard what you say.

If you had bothered to read literally the second post on the ban thread you would know that it has already been served.

I kind of think Klau would have more success if he just did trail running full time. If he could stay healthy he has more natural running ability than most of the guys doing trail ultras. He could still pound ketones and drink maple syrup.

what are you, some kind of assh*le?
Weird that Allie’s first race back is a full on 50k given her injury history… that’s about equal to her weekly mileage so far. Hoping she doesn’t restart the injury cycle.

But he will not stay healthy. Tri let's him train a billion hours with a chance to make it to race day. I think I ultras he would just over due it from the start.

"immediately" . . . I don't think that means what you think it means.

A trail 50k like that is probably easier on her body than most all of her typical training. There's a lot of not running, and simply grinding, in a race where your average pace is north of 9 minutes per mile and you get to enjoy several thousand feet of climbing. Not surprised she'd rock this, given her running history.
You're assuming that most people in these comments have the ability to actually read anything longer than a headline LMAO!
So, are those two smashing now?
