4.65! 15'3"! Auto qualifier for the finals as an 18-year-old!
Morris and Williams also make the final. Four Americans in the 12-woman final.
Absolutely incredible. What a stud. Curious though... at what point is she no longer eligible for setting records at the high school level? When classes start at UW?
That's also a world under 20 record outdoors. It beat Eliza McCartney's record of 4.64 from 2015. Washington really hit the jackpot with her and Amanda. Although, Amanda sems a little less clutch when the championships comes around, 'cuz she's usually better during the season. Although, Amanda did beat her at the USATF under-20 nationals and Nike Outdoor nationals last year, but all the other championship meets Hana's been on top.
Classes already started so she shouldn't be eligible for a high school record at this point.
Classes start in late Sept. They are on Qtrs.
So if she failed, twice… or if she wasn’t attending until winter session… or what if she didn’t even go to high school? Because when you’re at her level, you’re more a pro than a prep. Unless you are currently enrolled and attending classes, then you’re not in HS.
Holy hanamolic roids Batman!
Amazing talent, spelled with one "n": Hana.
